Darolls Attorneys based in Cape Town wants to assist a small law firm to grow and specialise.
Darrolls Attorneys is able to assist with the following: Labour law, civil litigation, family law, estates and conveyancing.

In what format will the assistance take place?
This will be determined by Darrolls Attorneys and the law firm selected to participate. The assistance will, therefore, be provided on an agreed basis for an agreed period of time.

Which firms can apply for this assistance?
Darrolls Attorneys
has specified that it would like to assist a firm that
1.  is predominantly black owned;
2.  is preferably located in Cape Town; and
3.  wishes to pursue skills transfer in the above-mentioned areas.

Selection process
A selection committee will select the firm that has the best prospects of being empowered through the project. The right is reserved to invite the selected firm for an interview with the selection committee. The decision of the selection committee will be final.

- Smaller law firms receiving the skills are referred to as "growing" firms.

Note: The identification of potential firms to link to a transferring firm can be a lengthy process. Correspondence will be limited to short-listed candidates only. If you do not hear from us within two months of the closing date, you should accept that your application was unsuccessful.
